Since 1982, The Mutt Mats Company has been providing quality pet bedding for the individual pet owner, as well as, providing specifically designed products for the Professionals who care for our pets.  Our Professional clients include:

All of our products are made at our facility in Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, where we do all of our own
quilting, cutting, sewing, shipping and customer service.  We have earned our reputation for quality, durability,
and versatility over the past 30+ years of service to the Pet Care Industry.

Construction of our Products:
All of our products are made from sturdy cotton fabric, quilted to premium polyester batting.  We take great
pride in the quality of the sewing of our products, and utilize certain techniques to insure their longevity.  They
can all be machine washed and dried, lint free, and unlike some synthetic fabrics, our cotton fabric does not
entrap pet hair.

Our Line of Products

Mutt Mats

Mutt Mats are the cornerstone product of our company and are a favorite with pet owners from coast to coast. They are constructed of sturdy cotton fabric and quilted to a premium polyester batting. They come in a variety of colors and sizes. The embroidered Mutt Mats logo patch ensures it's authenticity and each mat comes rolled and tied with a handy travel cord. The entire mat can be machine washed and dried.

For Pet Owners:
Our Mutt Mats have been a favorite choice with the public for years
because of their versatility, durability, and good looks.  It’s our #1
seller and is the cornerstone product of our company.  This product
is ideal for use in training facilities for teaching stays, downs, and
go-to-place.  It travels easily and can be used in the car, to cover
furniture, or as bedding in crates.

Ken-L-Mats

Ken-L-Mats are by far the product of choice by our Professional clients for their own in-house use. They are constructed to the same high standard as our Mutt Mats, using sturdy cotton fabric quilted to premium polyester batting, but are more utilitarian in looks and in price!!! They come with the same solid color fabric used on both top and bottom, with no logo patch or travel cord. They provide comfortable bedding when used directly on the kennel floor, and make a great top cushion for "off-the-floor" frames.

For Pet Care Professionals only:
Our Ken-L-Mats are by far the product of choice by our Professional
clients for their own in-house use.   These mats are made to the
same standard as our Mutt Mats, but are more utilitarian in looks
(and price).  Their use is extremely versatile both for Kennel and
Clinical environments.

Ken-L-Mattress

The Ken-L-Mattress was designed for those geriatric and orthopedic pets who have special comfort needs. It has also become popular bedding for many pet resorts. The larger size fits a standard toddler bed frame. They come in a variety of colors, and like all Mutt Mat products, the cover can be machine washed and dried. The Ken-L-Mattress is comprised of 2 components; the "Cover" and the "Mattress", and each are sold separately.

Our Ken-L-Mattress is gaining significant recognition for its
usefulness in providing that extra care necessary for those geriatric
and orthopedic pets who require a little extra care in making their
lives more comfortable.  This product has also become a real favorite
with “Pet Resort” owners who strive to provide the ultimate in comfort
for their special guests.

Protect-A-Pad

The Protect-A-Pad was developed at the request of veterinary technicians and was tested by a Major University of Veterinary Medicine. The Protect-A-Pad is used in clinical environments, where warm water circulating pads are in use. All too often, biting or scratching can result in irreparable damage to the unit and render it inoperable. The Protect-A-Pad, which is constructed of sturdy cotton fabric, quilted to premium polyester batting, provides a protective barrier to reduce the occurrence of this type of damage. Each side of the Protect-A-Pad is actually 2 ply thick, to provide extra protection. A velcro closure keeps the unit securely in place and it has been designed to allow space on each side for the tubular connections. The materials used for this product provide excellent heat transference. As with all Mutt Mats products, the Protect-A-Pad can be machine washed and dried.

Our Protect-A-Pad, which is used to protect the surface of
circulating warm water heating pads, is a must for extending the life of
these units, while providing a more comfortable surface for the pet
during recovery from surgery.
